I’m a Singapore-based Senior Software Engineer with over a decade of experience building and improving enterprise software across the telecommunications, property sales, and car park management industries.

My core expertise is in C#, .NET, SQL Server, RESTful APIs, and system integration. I have designed APIs using OpenAPI and Swagger standards, integrated business platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and Freshdesk, and implemented CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions. I also enjoy improving system performance, automating repetitive processes, and designing reliable disaster recovery and data synchronization solutions.

Beyond software development, I work closely with stakeholders throughout the full delivery lifecycle—from requirements gathering and solution design to testing, deployment, documentation, and user training.
